When do I receive my photos?
If you have ordered prints, these take approximately 2 weeks to arrive after you
place your order. If you have ordered an album, it will be ready within approximately 4-6 weeks.
Do you photograph formals and group shots?
Yes, we photograph formals and group shots, unless the couple specifies otherwise.
Do you shoot with an assistant?
All pricing is for one photographer. You can add an additional photographer or assistant to your package.

When should I schedule my engagement and bridal portrait sitting?
Engagement sittings are typically booked 6-9 months before your wedding date.
Bridal portrait sittings are typically booked 2-4 months before your wedding date.
What do I need to prepare for my bridal portrait sitting?
You will need to either contact your florist to order a bridal portrait bouquet for the
day of your sitting, or decide to use one of the silk bouquets we have available. You should also
decide on the location for your sitting; we would be happy to help you
with this decision. We’ve found that bringing touch-up makeup and a good friend helps! If your portrait session is outdoors,
you might want to bring a plain white sheet.
Where do you photograph portrait sittings?
We photograph both in studio and on location at the location of your choice (additional charges may apply for certain locations).
Location photography is kept very simple,
concentrating on capturing more natural images. We would be happy to suggest locations!
What type of clothing should be worn for our engagement sitting?
We think it’s best to keep it simple and classic - avoid clothing with any words or
busy patterns. You might also want to avoid overly trendy clothing.
Black, white, gray and khaki work well.
What happens if it rains on the day of my bridal portrait or engagement sitting?
If it rains on the day of your session and you have scheduled an outdoor portrait, then you can either elect to have your
portrait session indoors at our studio or we can reschedule your session.
Your sitting may have to be rescheduled a few weeks out, depending on our calendar, but we will do our best to accomodate your schedule.
Where are you located?
We are located in Mocksville, North Carolina, but are available for travel. Our studio is located on Main Street in Downtown Historic Mocksville.
