Simply Southern Photography, owned by Lisa Miller, is an award-winning photography studio that has a unique photojournalistic approach. We are available for weddings, portraits, event photography, and other special projects. Our special projects and event photography has been featured in the many publications. Lisa is a member of WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) and PPA (Professional Photographers of America).

Lisa enjoys accentuating the personality and beauty of each person while bringing out the unique elements of their surroundings, whether it be an outside portrait or a wedding day! She specializes in the hand-painted color splash technique and outdoor sessions where nature and color accentuate the moment.

To Lisa, photography is about the fleeting moments in life - the ones that weave together in our memories and hearts to create what we are and what we love. Photography is a means to remember those we love, rejoice in what we cherish, and experience things we may never see again.
